Excellent Central Hotel
central location daily towel change hygiene accessories deep bed
The hotel's location is central. The Gothic quarter and many sights are easily accessible. The room featured daily towel changes and hygiene accessories. A bar was in the room and the bed was deep. This contributed to my enjoyable stay. Breakfast included coffee, various sunkis, cured meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, hot dogs, croissants, pies, muffins, strudel, fruit, and fruit salad.
The hotel seems to have some soundproofing issues, noises from the hallway were audible.

The hotel has an exercise room, though small, it includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests have access to complimentary water and towels during their workouts. The gym opens early and closes late.

fantastic location and excellent service
great location friendly staff cozy room
the location was amazing. la rambla street was very close. metro and bus stations were conveniently accessible. the staff were cooperative and kind. the room was clean and cozy, it reminded me of home.

fantastic stay in the gothic quarter!
spacious room large windows natural light spacious bathroom
the room was spacious. it had large windows with great natural light. i really liked the big windows with verandahs on two sides of the room. the bathroom was also spacious and included nice toiletries.
Taxis could not always reach the entrance.

charming stay in a central location
helpful staff metro station spacious suite daily cleaning
the location was great, very close to the jaume-i metro station. the staff was very friendly and helpful, i always felt welcome. i booked a junior suite and it was quite spacious, including a bidet (a nice plus!). daily room cleaning was thorough and kept everything super clean.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway, but it wasn't too disruptive.

amazing stay! excellent hotel!
corner window historic points perfect breakfast
i booked a double room wall view and loved it. the room had a special corner window with a wall view, so unique! the location is also fantastic with nice streets, historic points, and restaurants all around. i found the metro station super close, just one minute away. the breakfast was perfect too.
The walls felt really thin. I could hear the people in the next room using the toilet!

metro station security system quick walk
The metro station was very close. A keycard entry SECURITY system stood at the front door. This. The location provided a quick walk to the waterfront.

blocked shower detached towel ring
the location was acceptable as it allowed easy access to many locations.
the shower blocked and flooded the bathroom floor. the towels ring in my bathroom also detached from the wall. i found this quite unacceptable for a hotel claiming a certain standard.
